Commentary: BYU thinks it's more relevant that it really is in the college football world. Masoli: Good for the NCAA, denying a guy who tried to take advantage of the system after getting kicked off another team. The Old Miss move made the SEC look bad and Houston Nutt desperate.

• Steven Strasburg To Have Tommy John Surgery. Washington Nationals pitcher will miss all of the 2011 season.
Commentary: He was brought up to the bigs too quickly, the team giving in to fan and media pressure. Hopefully he can recover and save his career.

Commentary: This is more interesting to watch than any major league game this year. The Dodgers owner – or owners – have already spent $20 million on attorneys fees. And the trial doesn't start until the end of the month!
